Best cleanser for atopic, sensitive acne-prone skin!

well, the headline says it all really! this is so mild, effective in removing even waterproof makeup, hydrating, and has a slight but very pleasant clean smell. always makes my skin feel so fresh and healthy :) removes oilyness without drying out! AND it's cheap! how is this legal?
