I have acne oily skin and this is one of my go to sunscreens for the summer. While it does contain alcohol, it doesn't seem to have any negative effects on my skin. I'm guessing its used to help the sunscreen dry down faster. I like this sunscreen because I can reapply multiple times throughout the day (extra sun protection) and it won't feel heavy or greasy. Only downside is it's not waterproof so if you're going to the beach find something that is water resistant.
Despite the alcohol in this, I really like it. Somehow it hasn't been too terrible on my skin; it does become a bit dry sometimes, but not terribly, in my experience. Furthermore, the scent is amazing - kinda citrus-y. It also doesn't feel heavy on my face at all, so my bb cream goes on nicely.
