In addition, it's not FA Safe and I feel like it gave me more bumps. I expected the salycilic acid to help but the corn oil and sodium taurate are deal breakers for me (I know Salycilic acid makes your skin purge and it wasn't that).
I have oily skin and i love this cleanser. I don't recommend this for daily use because it might be too harsh on the skin, otherwise it is a very good cleanser. I use it every other day and it works great for me. It has helped me with my skin texture which never happened with other cleansers
Tried using this to get that extra exfoliation on my oily t-zone, but it completely broke out my forehead. When I stopped using it, my forehead cleared up in a day. Also isnt great for senstive skin areas. I am now using it on my body for goose skin and it's helping a bit there.
I've gone through about 6 bottles of this cleanser. Unlike other salicylic acid cleansers, this cleanser gently exfoliates without making your skin feel stripped of all its' natural oils. Comes in a decently sized bottle and for a great price at most drugstores. Foams up easily and is fragrance free! I'm prone to fungal acne and even though this cleanser a contains mallesezia triggering ingredient, I haven't noticed any growth of fungal on my face. Cleansers are only on your face for a few seconds everyday so I wouldn't worry too much about fungal acne when picking out a cleanser that has less than a couple harmful ingredients.
