La Roche Effaclar Gel Cleanser

I so very much wanted to love this. I love La Roche -Posay but the Effaclar Gel Cleanser was a bust.
For context: I have combination skin where it is mostly oily, but with some occasional dry/dehydrated spells during winter.
It stripped all of the moisture from my skin, made my skin dry and feel very tight.
I had to moisturise even more so than usual, multiple times a day, just to get the moisture and hydration back into my skin.
I thought it was a new product period, but I tried for a month and it did not get better.
Took me another month and half to get my skin back to normal.
