BEST TONER EVER!!!!!

its like watter but its soooo moisturizing and also perfect for oily\combo skin since its so light and fresh its perfect for the "7 layers of toner method" (just apply layer after layer of toner) also its really cheap! (has a nice scent and look cute on the vanity)

Sounded so good but ingredients changed

I have a sensitivity to phenoxyethanol which I discovered after a lot of trial and error with otherwise wonderful soothing products. So if you're basing purchase on the ingredients listed here be aware that they have changed. There is no galctomyces in the new formula and it does contain phenoxyethanol also fragrance is listed as the last ingredient. This is not a deal breaker by any means as it is still a very nice toner but if you have specific sensitivities it can be problematic. I can't seem to post a picture of the bottle with the ingredient list and I'm too lazy to type it all out.
