Not recommended!!!

I have tested this as a primer base for makeup. Even though it is fluid but it doesn't stay well on skin. What else, the primer is not suitable for long hours use because of it. Not recommended for people seeking matte/long hours makeup. Maybe you could trial and error with powders but that takes a lot of effort.
