I suspect either silicones or fatty alcohols are causing closed comedones on my forehead. I'm making a lists of products that may purchase and patch test in future after my CCs have cleared up.

I'll note the fatty alcohols and silicones and where they appear in the ingredients lists. If the position is lower than 5th then it is most likely a minuscule amount and could still be ok to use.
