My go to for face and body

Why i swear by it:

the bioderma atoderm shower oil helped me tremendously. My relationship with skin has been an issue since i was a kid(atopic dermatitis, sensitive skin, dry skin). i've been using this product almost my entire life
It is great for people with extremely sensitive and or itchy skin. If you have allergies, this may be the right thing for you.

Important to note:

You'll have to keep in mind that no product will help unless your diet+water, your wellbeing and your activity are in check. Stress factors will make your skin worse either way.
Be cautious of your makeup too. Most of them are talc containing and full of allergens. You will have to get rid of them in order for your skin to breathe and thrive. Be cautious of your creams and spf. All bioderma products are suitable for sensitive skin, including their SPF.

How to use it for maximum benefits:

I use this product to wash my face only at night. Skipping washing your face in the morning can strip away your natural oils and will dry out your skin and may increase chances of dehydration lines. So people with dry and sensitive skin- You will have to do this.
I recommend ONE pump, since it is very heavy and a little bit goes a long way.
When you get the oil on your hands DO NOT PUT IT RIGHT AWAY ON YOUR FACE. You will first have to emulsify it for 10-20 seconds until it makes a bit of bubbles(you can add a few drops of water in your hand before doing this). Emulsifying your products will activate them and you will get maximum benefits for your skin by doing so. (this trick was actually recommended by my dermatologist)
One of the most important part is to put the emulsified product on your face and rub in circular motions(especially your T zone, you can reduce blackheads). You won t have to wash for a lot of time, 20 max 30 seconds(if you do not have makeup on) is enough and if you start seeing more bubbles, than it means you're doing it right. By doing this, you will make sure that you dont overwash your face. Overwashing your face can also strip too much of your natural oil. Use room temp water to wash off the product.

When you are done with washing your face, follow up with your serum and moisturiser.

FOR THE MORNING-YOU ONLY NEED SPF. If you particularly see that your face is a bit dry, you can add moisturiser, but do not wash your face.

FOR THOSE WHO WEAR MAKEUP

I really love using my bioderma oil when i put on makeup. its heavy texture breaks down the makeup molecules and it washes your face really well. Before washing your face (while you have makeup on) use a micellar water and then use the cleansing oil. To get rid of mascara without stripping away your lashes put some bioderma cleansing oil on your makeup brush with a bit of water and brush your lashes in circular motions GENTLY. This trick helped me so much in getting rid of mascara without stripping off my lashes.

Very important to note.
as a i said earlier, no product is magical, but can alleviate some skin issues if used properly. Your acne or your skin issues come from within so if your diet is bad and you do not go out for walks, you may not solve your issues. The Bioderma cleansing oil is a very gentle product so it wont work right away, you should for sure be consistent with the routine that i just said.
and most importantly!!!!
i wrote this because im very passionated with skin so dont think for a second i was paid to write this lol.

Recomended to me

This one is okay, you can use it as liquid soap in case of winter skin allergies, that's what I was told. I used it up fast but it did releave dry, itchy hand symptoms. I think I could just add a certain oil or moisturiser in my normal hand soap. I wouldn't use it as shoer gel because I prefer other brands, and used it for a specific purpose. I wasn't allergic to it, despite some negative experiences with other Bioderma products. I wouldn't wash my face with it either due to their formulations. It fixed my temporary problem!
