It has hippophae rhamnoides fruit extract listed first, which is known as sea buckthorn and is a good source of vitamin C as well as various vitamin B, E, lycopene etc that provide antioxidant benefit. Glycerin is listed third followed with niacinamide right after. This signals a promising serum that will help to hydrate as well as even out skin tone.
Reading the pamphlet, this serum seems packed with lots of good ingredients that I know works well before such as centella asiatica and hyaluronic acid.
It smells like citrus candy that I used to eat when I was a kid. The serum itself is runny, not as thick as I imagined it would be, yet it takes a few moments for the product to be asorbed into the skin. I love the way this makes my skin plump and hydrated even on its own. But like always, I still need a moisturizer to lock up all the hydration.
The brightening effect definitely works, eventhough I don't attach any skin progress in this post. But as you know, I was having terrible breakouts recently and while the acne were finally gone, the hyperpigmentation stayed. Using this serum day and night has totally helped me in that department, along with sunscreen, of course. This also gives beautiful glow to the skin and lighten my hyperpigmentation in such a short amount of time.
