Fantastic soothing care for troubled skin

Does exactly what it promises. I have acne prone skin which is very sensitive. And this Baume works fantastically to calm irritation caused by actives used to combat acne, which can cause minor irritation before skin has adapted to them. It's been extremely helpful for me as I gradually build up tolerance to azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide. It's also non-comedogenic and has never broken me out. In fact, for me it instantly reduces any redness I am experiencing, including redness as a result of active and inflamed pimples. It's a last step product and for me feels very occlusive. Which is why it doesn't surprise me that people have found it pills when applying make up or other products on top. But for me that's not what this product is for. It's supposed to be a trouble shooter for use when skin needs soothing and healing, and it's perfect for that purpose! I mostly use it as a last step in my routine, at night before bed or during the day when I won't be going anywhere. Love this product, and can't sing it's praises enough!

Good item

My skin is dehydrated and I started introducing retinol, adding to this the winter dry season which worsened the situation. Cicaplast was a savior: less flakiness, less itchiness, less redness, less dehydration, less stretchiness. It didnt breakout my skin though my forehead and nose looked more oily due to combination type skin(regardless this case doesnt bother me in winter seasons). But I wish it didnt contain aluminum.

An essential for annoyed skin

A fairly new discovery for me but one that I will make sure to always have in stock for times of need.
Not a product I would use on a daily basis, but if my skin has dry spots, is irritated or just goes a bit doolally due to hormonal changes this is what I'll end my routine with. Great for anywhere on the body where the skin needs a little help healing or calming down, so it's a true multi-purpose product.
