Still mad at myself for buying this tbh

I've cleared my skin after three years of hormonal acne and the low PH cleanser from CosRx is one of my holy grail cleansers so I decided to try this one to hopefully fade my acne scars. This broke me out so bad. I haven't had such a bad breakout in over a year and I'm sure this cleanser caused it as I introduce new products one by one in my routine. I've tried the AHA BHA toner from the same brand before and although there was some purging too, it was never this bad and only lasted a week. Skip this if you have acne-prone/ sensitive skin.

Dissapointing

My very first skin care, bought this because of a friend's recommendation not knowing anything about the ingredients, turns out this product was not very good for my skin with fungal acne. This product made it worse, but i gotta admit this made my skin less oily. Wouldn't repurchase

It is a strong cleanser and may cause purging

I bought this cleanser, the normal 150ml one. Turned out, it kind of bigger than I expected, would probably last more than 1 month usage. After one week of using this cleanser, it really did its job. My skin was really clean from blackheads. I noticed that my skin is trying to get used to it and unfortunately, it should have going through purging process :( which eventually I avoided, because I don't want to have any acnes these days. Though, some people said it is worth the process but I am not patient enough to make it through. Then, I thanked God that I also purchased a low pH good morning cleanser, her sister. Which saved my skin from almost getting blemishes all over my face. Like, really, after some days of using the salicylic acid cleanser, every day I found out new acne coming to the surface. And it's the red, big ones. The low pH cleanser calms down the acne. However, during the process of getting acne and waiting for it to pop out, I found out that the salicylic acid was faster in drying acnes rather than the low pH one. Also, I don't know is it the cleanser or other products, but the acne scar is rather easy to brush off after it popped. Probably the BHA? But considering the pain, and the fact that I probably should buy another acne product to support the purging, I think it is not worth the time, and there is lack of certainty, whether after the purging it will stop the acne or it turns out as BO. My skin type is sensitive, acne-prone, combination. I used this product 2 times a day, which probably the main cause I get purging. I will probably continue to use this alternately with other cleansers.
