Safe to Use but Not Very Moisturising

I have oily skin that is prone to acne, including fungal acne. I was looking for a lightweight moisturizer to use in the morning that would not break me out. This is one the most affordable I've found that fits my needs. It has a safe, minimal ingredients list; it may include tocopherol, which is listed as having a comedogenic rating of 3, but I've personally never had a problem with tocopherol. I've been using this product for a full month now and it has not upset my skin in the slightest. In the hot weather, its slight cooling effect is great. I also like how it is completely clear, so I don't need to worry at all about a white cast on my medium skin tone.

However, it does not feel moisturizing. It may be smooth to the touch, but somehow it feels stiff on my face, i.e. when I smile I can kind of feel it's there. I may consider mixing it with a light, non-comedogenic oil such as squalane.

The product I can best compare this to is the Avene Tolerance Extreme Emulsion, which I used to use in the PM: its main benefit (for me) is not its moisturizing effect, but rather the fact that I feel completely safe using it, even when my skin is at its worst. All in all, I don't think this is suitable for my day-to-day routine and I will likely not be repurchasing unless I am need to recover from sensitivity/a bad breakout.
