Easy to apply but left my face super shiny

I wanted this to work so bad because it is fungal-acne safe. However, it didn't. I got tiny bumps on my face – I'm not sure if this is malassezia or simply closed comedones. If it is malassezia, it wouldn't have been caused by this particular sunscreen as it's FA-safe. It's probably just a buildup of dead skin cells and sebum. This sunscreen was super easy to put on as it glides on smoothly. However, it left my skin feeling tacky and looking oily. I have to powder my face afterwards.
