Smells like ****, but seems to really help with my eyebrow acne

I have been breaking out between my eyebrows since this summer with 1 new pimple every 1-2 days and could not figure out why. I suspected it might be fungal because I am susceptible to dandruff and I briefly switched my tretinoin formulation to the cream which broke me out horribly. Nizoral masking helped a little but cannot be relied on indefinitely because it can cause resistance to anti-fungals. I started masking around my eyebrows with this sulfur ointment for 10 minutes 2x daily. It really calmed down this area and the acne pretty much disappeared after about a week. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to do anything for acne on the rest of my face (I use it as a whole face mask in the morning). But it solved my eyebrow acne when nothing else did.

Love it

This is the only thing that works for my acne. I could feel a deep, "underground" cyst forming so I applied this twice a day. It took about 3 weeks for it to disappear and a few times almost came to a head. It's smooth on the skin when it's the first or second layer, but it feels crumbly or like there's sandy bits if you put it on top of moisturizer.

Nice addition to an acne routine

With its short ingredient list, this is the best sulfur-based acne treatment that I've come across. I leave it on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse it and follow it with a hydrating mask because it is slightly dehydrating. I still think I see a bit of improvement with my inflammatory acne, so for $10, I think it was well-worth it.
