High Concentration for Beginner

This was my first niacinamide product and the concentration may have been too high for my sensitive skin to start with. I noticed that my face would become red and slightly irritated after applying the serum, This may just be a me thing since the concentration is high. I recently purchased a lower strength niacinamide in a different brand and am waiting for it to arrive to test the effects. I like the idea of niacinamide and would like to incorporate it into my routine so hopefully the lower concentration will work out
