Good one for this price range

this is an affordable micellar water for me. I only use sunscreen everyday, so this is a good one for me. It feels soft on my skin when I wash it with cotton pads and doesn't leave my skin dry if I don't wash more than 3 times. I noticed the "no rinsing needed" on the label so I tried not washing my face after use as I only use sunscreen anyway. It turned out to be better for me, it didn't break me out and my skin looks healthier than before. But one drawback is that it leaves white residue on my skin that looks like small white bubbles on my skin when I start toning my skin, which annoys me a bit but it's my go-to by far

Must-have makeup remover

I use this to remove my eye and lip makeup. I shake up the bottle, soak a cotton pad with the liquid, press the cotton pad onto my eyelid for about ten seconds, and swipe it off. Usually I can get all of my eye makeup off (eye shadow, liquid eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil) in 2-3 swipes and my lipstick off in 1-2 swipes. This can also be used for face makeup (foundation, etc.) but I find it uses up a lot of cotton pads to do that and I always wash my entire face afterwards anyway. Do remember to wash your face after using micellar water, if the little cells are allowed to stay on your skin they may cause oiliness, irritation, or breakouts. Just think of the micelles as gently lifting the makeup off of your skin, but you still have to make sure they get washed away too.

Holy grail

I love this micellar water! The price is unbeatable, and it's fragrance free, which is great for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. I use it to remove makeup at the end of the day, and it does a good job removing regular mascara, although it does struggle with waterproof mascara, which is to be expected - I use an oil to remove those. I also use it when I haven't worn any makeup to remove oil, dirt etc and prepare my skin for the rest of my routine, since it's a lot less messy than using a regular facial wash. It also doesn't over-strip or leave a film. It leaves my skin feeling nice and plump and clean, and ready for the rest of my products.
This is a great basic, no-frills formula that works well without any extra, potentially irritating ingredients. I prefer a basic formula over a formula with too long of an ingredient list as they have a higher chance to cause irritation or a breakout.
As a vegan, I was so happy to learn that Garnier is now Leaping Bunny certified, meaning they are cruelty-free. It's so hard to find a cruelty-free, vegan micellar water that doesn't contain irritants such as fragrance or botanicals. This is a forever repurchase for me!
