Heavy duty moisturizer

Like most Avene products, this one doesn't cause any irritation and my skin tolerates it pretty well. I use it as the final step of my nighttime routine, as it is a bit heavy to be used under makeup. I don't think it does anything special for my skin, apart from keeping it from drying out and soothing it after treatments, but finding a cream that doesn't flare up my sensitivity and that seals moisture in isn't an easy feat for me, so, overall, I like the product. If you get super dry and are prone to irritation, I recommend it, but no special benefits apart from that (which sometimes means the world).
