Not healing my acne and closed comedoes.

My dermatologist suggests me to use this algae ampoule. I used 8 - 10 ampoules and still doesn't help healing my closed comedoes and acne. no idea why.
They said this algae is good to make a good barrier on the skin surface. But I don't think this an effect on my face.
