Leaves my face feeling a bit tight

I don't wear makeup, but I was looking for a nice cleanser to remove sunscreen with. This does the job, and has great ingredients, but the one con to it is that it does leave my sensitive, normal-dry skin feeling kind of squeaky afterward. To clarify, I didn't break out; my skin just felt a bit uncomfortable.
