Powerful Pimple Fighter

As a male who has oily skin and very prone to nodular/cystic acne, I have been using this for the past 7 years, and it has worked very well for me. At the first sign of a pimple, I apply it twice a day, and small pimples disappear in 2-3 days, while nodular ones disappear in 5-7 days.

One side effect is it dries the surrounding skin, so people with dry skin might want to consider applying a moisturizer afterwards.
