I've been using this product for 6 months. I have eczema all over my body, so finding the perfect cream (don't use lotions if you have eczema, it's not moisturizing enough) is HARD. I'm having a mixed feeling about this cream. Yes it is moisturizing, it is not greasy, but it didn't last long compared to other cream I've tried. For example, I used this cream before bed, and then I woke up with dry skin all over my body, making my body itch if I don't moisturize it again.
My doctor said that olive oil is good for eczema-prone skin, so I'm mixing this cream with olive oil, and it mixes well. It still didn't last as long as I expected, but it helped. Oh, and I used this for body only. I tried using this cream for my face, and it didn't absorb well, it just sit on top of my skin, clogging my pores, so I woke up with 2 small pimples :")
4.5 stars. This saved my skin barrier and makes my skin look super glowy the following morning! I love it so much. But be aware it's heavy, so it might clog your pores if you have oily skin. It also stings a little sometimes, which I hear is normal with highly occlusive creams, but it's transient and doesn't cause rashes or dryness.
In the last 3 years I've been testing all kinds of products to control my atopic dermatitis. With the help of Skincarisma I found this CeraVe Moisturizing and I love it. It has a very safe formula. (Sometimes dermatologists tell us to use baby products, but sometimes these products have fragrance, sometimes oils, and sometimes many Malassezia triggers, so this tip won't help at all!)When my skin is scratching I just use it and I get very relieved after a few minutes. So it helps me to use corticoids less frequently (for sure some situations need it). When I take a shower, I feel the skin soft and hydrated. I feel the moisturizer is "still working", even after hours. I surely recommend it.
