It is not paraben free as stated
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Eczema, Fungal Acne (Malassezia)

This product i believe has paraben and in the review it states no paraben. But ingredient clearly has paraben.
The cream is generally good but not for ecezma patient even though i like the ceramide component.
I wished they remove paraben as it will be a great moistrizer for ecezma users

Closed comedones
Skin Type: dry Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Rosacea, Blackheads, Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

This product is a great consistency and didn't make me look greasy so I wanted to love it, but it gave me closed comedones all over my cheeks and forehead. I was really hoping it would help me fix my skin dehydration and it was a great price, but I'll have to try something else.

Heavy moisturizer that doesn't break me out
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles)

The title says it: it will moisturize and it's usually not acting comedogenic. It's heavy though, while it dries matte on its own, in combination with other products, it will easily feel like an oily film atop of the skin. I feel it's best used in the evenings or on stay-on-the-couch days.

Some Cerave products contain Isopropyl Myristate, which has a high comedogenic rating and breaks many people out, so this ingredient missing is a big plus for the tub, as well as its safety for fungal acne. Some people might react negatively to the ceramides, though, although they're in general beneficial to the skin and help it to repair itself.

I also use it on my body, and while that gets a bit pricey, using it as a face cream is very good value considering the size of the pot.
