Good overall but tends to feel oily

I have a slightly sensitive combination skin and after applying this toner, my skin does feel softer and appears smoother; pores smaller. But after some time, it leaves my skin feeling oily and my pores clogged which makes it more likely for blackheads to appear. But other than that, it does not trigger my sensitive skin which is a plus point
