When I first started using this cleanser, I thought it was my holy grail product. I have had mild spots since I was about eleven, but it is almost impossible to get them away. I have combination skin; it can sometimes be really oily but it gets dry very easily. The first week I was on the cleanser, almost all my spots went away and I was happier than I'd ever been before. However, about two days later, my spots started to come back. I was convinced that it was not the cleanser but instead that my period was going to start soon, so I continued to use it for the next week. My period didn't show and I broke out so bad. Now I use the Neutrogena Redness Soothing Acne Wash, the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub, the Aveeno Clear Complexion moisturiser, the Clean and Clear Advantage Spot treatment, and 0.1% Tretnoin cream prescribed by my doctor. I highly recommend these products.
