Does the alcohol denat makes any good on anyone's face?

I have only used this for about a week or two and I don't usually have pimples on my forehead but it suddenly appeared (it's actually early pimples, it's not rossy red but more like my skin colour), I didn't double check the ingredients and too late I checked it after what happened to my face that it contains alcohol denat which I found on internet that it's bad for skin care 😢
