Was Hoping This Would Be The "Holy Grail"

I chose this product after seeing it on a different website devoted to listing dermatologist rankings of skin care products. Unfortunately, I spent WAY to much on shipping for a product is stripping, made my acne worse in terms of whiteheads and cystic acne, and honestly smells awful. I am honestly surprised its not full of horrible chemicals. The only reason this product isn't getting 1 star is because, while my skin had many issues with this product, it could have been worse.

Filled with bacteria -- no adequate preservative system

I want to try this because it's Fungal Acne (Malassezia) Safe, fragrance-free and free of: Parabens, Sulfates, Alcohol, Silicones, EU Allergens. Unfortunately it's also free of preservatives which means this is teeming with bacteria--probably something you want to avoid spreading all over yourself. If they added a broad-spectrum preservative like a paraben or phenoxyethanol, I'd try this in a heartbeat.
