Community: 3 Ratings • 2 Reviews | Other Sources: 1 RatingsThis eyecream didn't do very much for me besides moisturizing and slightly blurring fine wrinkles. Which, for 33 dollars, is not really worth it to me.
While I do have dark circles, they're genetic, so I never used this with the intention to fix them (considering they can't be fixed). I was only hoping maybe the cream would be able to make them less apparent, but because the formula is so matte, they were just as dark as always. Since they've targeted this to people with dark circles, it would've been a better formula if it were somewhat shiny, making the appearance of circles appear less than it really is and giving a brighter look.
I can't speak for how true Clinique's "reducing puffiness" claim is, though.
I've got to start with notifying the reader that this review is written by a 20-something. Although especially when I first started using this product I had dryish undereye skin, visible lines and pre-wrinkles that to me made my undereyes look like the Sahara desert slashed in half by the Grand Canyon, I cannot say that they were actual wrinkles.
I have been using this product for well over a year now and I notice a visible difference. My undereye skin has smoothed out and those lines I mentioned are barely visible. The skin itself looks a lot happier, it is no longer dull or scaly.
This product is pleasant to use, it works well under makeup, won't pill and dries fairly quickly while not actually being drying in itself. This, and the fact that it is actually effective, have kept me repurchasing it.
