I have sensitive and mild rosacea skin and I dont have any complaint about this cleanser. The smell is chemical but not strong and I dont mind. This cleanser doesnt give any foam and makes me want to use more to make me feel like I use enough on my face. It cleans well I guess since I dont have pimples anymore.
