Makes a noticeable difference
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Blackheads, Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

  • It works. The day after applying I notice my skin has a more even tone & is smoother.
  • I don't feel it does much for existing acne, but it could help keep it away. It does brighten scars a little.
  • In my routine I use it after toner & before essence. I have also used it after lotion/cream to buffer it & that seems to work as well. I also use it with azelaic acid (which I always apply buffered) & they are fine together, maybe a some temporary irritation if I overapply.
  • Overapplying irritates my skin.
  • I try to use it every 4 days.
  • I feel it's pretty strong so I wouldn't want to use it every other day.

Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Blackheads, Fungal Acne (Malassezia), Large Pores, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

I use it every morning after toner. I put it on my face and neck area with my fingers. After that you have to wait 20 minutes before you put other products that you want. There is no problem to use it under make up. After some 2 weeks of using it I noticed great change in my acne and skin tone and large pores.

Go very slow on this product for amazing effects!

I bought this product because I wanted to include acids to my routine as exfoliators, I was told that AHA was good for dry skin and whiteheads (millia in my case), I also was warned that this was a little too hard for skin that was never exposed to AHA before, so I should start with one use only in a week.
That's what I did, first time I applied it with a cotton pad after washing my face. At the beginning I felt nothing, but after one or two minutes I felt a very weird feeling, like a "tingling" sensation on my face and it got a little red, but didn't hurt or burned at all; I applied a hydrating and calming sheet mask and it was fine. The next morning my face was softer and brighter than it usually is. I used the product one day at the week for like 2 or 3 weeks, then 2 times per week for another 2 or 3 weeks, and finally 3 times per week till now with no skin reaction. Every time I use it, my face feels cleaner and brighter, definitively helped with white heads and uneven skin tone.
I wouldn't recommend this product for people with sensitive skin if you haven't used acids before, because this one has a high AHA concentration that may hurt your skin if it is not ready, I would suggest starting with a product with a lower concentration like AHA/BHA toner from cosrx.
