Holy grail!
Reviewed
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Blackheads, Large Pores, Dehydrated Skin, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

After I stopped taking AC, a lot of whiteheads started to show up on my cheeks and would not go away, instead most of them would turn into acne. This cleared them up! I use it every other day at night combined with CosRX Blackhead Power Liquid but AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid is what really does the trick for me. The smell is a bit strong and feels chemical but it dissipates quickly. Stung a bit on the first applications but stopped after my skin got used to it. This has a permanent spot on my shelf!

Amazing but a little too strong for my skin

This was my first proper AHA and it did its job extremely well. It cleaned up my acne like nothing before and I will praise it forever. That being said, I found out my skin is a bit sensitive to chemical exfoliation and the 7% glycolic acid is a bit too strong. I only used it once or twice a week, several days apart. That way it never irritated my skin. I don't blame the product and it deserves a 5/5 but in the future I'll look into more gentle acids, lactic acid perhaps. It's still a fantastic product if you want a reasonably priced AHA and glycolic acid.

I bought this together with the COSRX BHA and I use this for my night skin care routine after cleaning my skin and after I put on some pH low toner. I have a lot of scars and PIH after acne, so this is really saving my skin! I use it from 3 to 5 times a week and the improvement is significant. I get rid of the scars much faster than before. I also think it helps me to cure the whiteheads and acne, but for that I use SCINIC Honey AIOA.

I generally have oily/combined skin, but those spots which are healing from acne/big whiteheads tend to be really dry and itchy. Together with Avene Cicalfate RC this makes the perfect combo for treating these spots. So I will definitely buy this again.
