Helps with whiteheads, comedones and hyperpigmentation
Reviewed
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

Love this product. It got rid of my whiteheads and closed comedones due to fungal acne. However, it does not have much power against cystic acne.
It also helps with hyperpigmentation. But don't forget to wear sunscreen during daytime because this will make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.

Holy grail!

After I stopped taking AC, a lot of whiteheads started to show up on my cheeks and would not go away, instead most of them would turn into acne. This cleared them up! I use it every other day at night combined with CosRX Blackhead Power Liquid but AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid is what really does the trick for me. The smell is a bit strong and feels chemical but it dissipates quickly. Stung a bit on the first applications but stopped after my skin got used to it. This has a permanent spot on my shelf!

Amazing but a little too strong for my skin

This was my first proper AHA and it did its job extremely well. It cleaned up my acne like nothing before and I will praise it forever. That being said, I found out my skin is a bit sensitive to chemical exfoliation and the 7% glycolic acid is a bit too strong. I only used it once or twice a week, several days apart. That way it never irritated my skin. I don't blame the product and it deserves a 5/5 but in the future I'll look into more gentle acids, lactic acid perhaps. It's still a fantastic product if you want a reasonably priced AHA and glycolic acid.
