i use this pack every once in a while when my skin gets a tad too textured for my liking and just like that after having it on for 20 mins my skin gets notably smoother and calmer. i have rosacea around my nose and the night after i use it it definitely reduces the redness around there. very simple ingredients so theres no need to worry if it may be causing purging (at least for me ofc everyones skin is diff)

i really like the cooling sensation it gives, it makes my skin feel really fresh. it plumps the skin a tiny bit and doesn't leave a greasy film. works really well underneath makeup. I only use it in the morning if my skin needs a boost, as it is not as effective as a sheet mask for example.

i didn't expect to like these as much as i did! these are soooo soothing. i love using them after i chemically exfoliate a couple times a week. they combat any irritation bumps i get and leave my face feeling very fresh and calm. they also leave my face very soft and plump. i had a dry patch in-between my brows and i cut one patch in half and placed it on the patch a few times and by the end of the week the dry patch was completely gone. nothing else i tried could get rid of that patch, i put a bit of my heavy-duty eczema creams on it and it wouldn't budge, but this lil patch handled it with the swiftness. i have a feeling these are gonna come in handy over the summer as well. i wish there was a full sheet mask & face mist version of this, it's really that amazing.

a must-have for people with very sensitive, reactive skin. the only drawback is that it does have bergamot oil in it, which may be a problematic ingredient for some folks. always do a patch test, but i haven't had any sort of adverse reactions, but i do wish this was completely fragrance and fragrant essential oil free however.
