20% azelic acid in a cream formula. I use at least 1x a day, and the improvement in my sub-rosacea is incredible. Was using The Ordinary 10% azelic acid, which is 10%, and did not see this level of improvement. And melazepam is much more affordable, all things considered.
That said, the texture is grainy: I tend to use either at night, or, in our COVID-19 world, when I'm not leaving the house at all. Would be difficult to wear under makeup.
This hasn't caused any breakouts for me, but it is a pretty thick base, so be forewarned. I am not terribly acne-prone (will break out occasionally from certain stuff, though), but the thick texture would give me pause if I was, say, a 17-year-old. Then might want to stick with The Ordinary or something.
