Not sure if lower lip eczema is caused by this?

I've been using this toothpaste for several years. In the past year, my lower lip peels and sometimes gets itchy spots with some oozing. Still trying to figure out what's the cause of my lip eczema. I don't apply lip stick and stopped using lip balm too. The low EWG safety rating only increases my suspicions. Trying to switch to another brand of toothpaste to see if it helps.
