The product is gentle on skin. When applied it kinda calms the area. But I don't think it does much. But I like the ingredients, it's safe. It is very basic. If you are looking for a calming moisturizer you can try this it might work for you. I don't think this has negative effects. Again, a little basic.

I was hoping this guy could help my acne, but not really. It's just calming the redness on it, but doesn't do much on the acne itself. BUT, hold on, i was having a small cut on my nose because of my long nails, and, well, kinda bleed a little, not much. And so i was thinking "lets just put this guy on here and lets see whats happen" and then, tomorrow morning, dangggg, my small cut is healed. like, there's suddenly just no traces of it anymore and by the 2nd day, that small cut is just vanished from my face. NO SCAR WHATSOEVER.

also, i think this guy is good for irritated skin. The skin near my nose, sometimes can be really oily, sometimes can be really dehydrated and dry so its itchy and hurts. One time i put this guy on, and then its just calmed down. no itchy, no hurting, no drying. it's just, calmed. down.

It helps to promote healing indeed, but it takes time. It can be used for all skin types, I used on my oily skin and it was absorbed really good, and I tried on dry and combination skin and it was better absorbed. The texture is very creamy, but it spreads very well on the skin. I was testing it as a night cream because my skin was extremely irritated and it helped to sooth it, besides my skin didn't generate more sebum.

I think the size of the packaging is good because you can take it with you, and it lasts long if it is used as an emergency cream. I've used it several times as a night mask and my skin looks smooth next morning.

My thoughts on Soon Jung 5-panthenoside Cica Balm
This is a product my skin likes, it is the last step of the Soon Jung routine and it really adds that extra that my skin needs. For its claims to heal the skin and reduce skin irritation, I can simply not say anything, since these types of claims needs time to be noticed, and it is nothing one can see overnight. The cream is thick and white, it is easy to apply and penetrates rather quickly in my skin. This is the product in the whole line I really like. Not for its claims, but simply because it suits my skin.
