Standard protection

This lip balm is the same as the Aquaphor Lip Repair + Protect Broad Spectrum SPF 30, only this formula does not contain a UV protection. The texture can be described as a smoother less sticky version of petroleum jelly. I find that it soothes but does not repair my chapped lips, this balm is more a preventative product to stop lips from chapping. Unfortunately once your lips are badly chapped this can stop them from getting worse but not repair the cracks. I do slightly prefer the formulation with sunscreen as it serves as 2 in 1 product.
