Too much alcohol, painful to apply on a mild sunburn

Smells strongly of alcohol and stings when applied to a very mild sunburn, but may have accelerated the healing process a bit. I didn't use it on my face so can't comment on it's suitability for my main skin concerns as my body isn't oily or acne prone like my . face
