This mask clears the skin but makes my skin very sensitive and irritated.
I use it when I feel my face needs some deep cleaning or to get rid of some acne spots.
After I wash my face, I am red for about half'n hour or so.
However after using this mask for a few months, my skin looks more clean.
I love it but I also hate it because I turn red.
I think it's suitable for people with acne or acne scars/spots or big pores.

Overall I recommend this mask. It's the most effective I've ever tried.

The best face mask I've ever tried. I could see how effective it was on my large pores and acne just after one use, My blackheads are also almost non-existing since I've tried this. It doesn't dry out my skin, instead it feels smooth and glowy. Works miracles for oily skin also.

This mask is absolutely awesome for those who struggle with breakouts! This mask has helped me prevent and clear breakouts, and I often used it a few days before special events. Looking at the chemicals now, it seems like it could be irritating, however, I found it to be soothing and effective on my dry skin! The downside to this product is the chemicals, as well as the price. It is definitely overpriced, which is why I never have it stocked up! If you can afford it, then I highly recommend that you have this in your collection. Otherwise, I recommend Shea Moisture's African Black Soap mask, which is a lot more affordable.
