Not suitable for my sensitive skin
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

I have been purchase and used 2 bottles of it. It didn't help much for me to reduce my dehydrated skin and redness. I only applied 1 layer in morning and night, follow with Hada labo hydrating gel. Every time when I applied the toner, my cheek will feel slightly hot and burning feel. So I believe this product didn't suitable for my sensitive skin.

My HG product
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin

I have been using it for a long time and have purchased a refill. I use it in mornings on damp face as the first step in my routine. It is very hydrating and leaves my skin nice and soft. I also like layering it a few times with thermal water spray, I usually do 3 to max. 7 rounds if I want my skin to look very plump and hydrated. I love this and will buy again.

Great!
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Blackheads, Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

I do like this lotion, though it functions more as a toner for me these days. It's very hydrating and sinks into the skin without leaving any tackiness. It isn't the most hydrating thing however because it sinks in so quickly. I've found other products in the Hada Labo line that would provide a bit more moisture, so I use this mainly for diy sheet mask which is awesome! I'd say normal to oily skin would enjoy this product, those with dry skin might want a little more.
