I recently purchased this product because my moisture barrier had been damaged by the prescription medication to treat my fungal acne and holy cow I am impressed. I was expecting it to feel occlusive but the texture is close to the cerave moisturizing cream with a satin almost matte finish. I am using it on my face and body as the last step in my routine twice daily and under sunscreen, so far  it's working well with my other products. I also pat a small amount of it on flaky patches of skin around midday. I highly recommend this for people with dry dehydrated skin who are treating fungal acne or on tretinoin. Some people may be worried about the exfoliating properties of urea but that doesn't come into effect until the concentration is closer to 20%, the 10% functions as a humectant.
