gentle and hydrating

I damaged my skins natural barrier so my skin was even more sensitive than usual. My skin was uneven with redness, dry ,flaky and i was getting breakouts. I did my research on the sort of products and ingredients i should be using to help my skin repair its barrier.
This toner is gentle, soothing, hydrating. Since using this toner in my new skincare routine (roughly three weeks)my skin is calmer, redness nearly gone and 100% helped restore moisture levels. Highly recommend.
