Treatment or moisturiser?

The product claimed that it is recommended to repair skin barrier and I agreed. The texture is like a thick cream but it dries out easily and my skin felt sticky and a bit shiny looking. I used it as a treatment cream before my moisturizer because i don't feel the moisturizing effect is enough? I also recommended to apply it on slightly damp skin after cleansing or other beauty products you owned. Although, you can also use it as moisturizer if you're okay with it and finish the routine.
