I am using dermatologist prescript facial wash for 6 years before trying this product, for me it make my super dry skin feels moist., it does great work of calming my oily yet dry skin. It feels fresh and plump after washing my face, but for some people it could be too dry for them (like my sister said), maybe because they haven't been expose to harsh facial wash before. As for me, it is nice to take a change from dermatologist prescribed facial wash to off the counter one, I'm still using the facial wash from my dermatologist when but only 1 or 2 times a week when my skin feels really dirty or greasy or when pimples start to popping out.

Bought this without researching thoroughly. use it very minimally for a week and later found that it's too drying for my skin. i sense that something is not right with this cleanser thus stop using it altogether.
Get a massive breakout and has been struggling with it for 2 months now.
This guy is really for not suitable for ordinary people. Check the ingredients and i realize that this contributes so much to my breakout
Think hard if you decide to purchase it

I used it a few times and I realize that every wash made my skin dryer and it's so uncomfortable! So I decided to try it out with a PH tester and I used methyl orange PH tester. The result came out turns from orange to blue! Which means it is alkaline ! OMG! The sales girl even told me that it is PH balanced, what a lie !

I bought this when I went to Korea and I purchased this since it's meant for troubled skin. However, I did not know that a good cleanser should have a low pH of around 5.5. Before knowing that high pH is a big dealbreaker, I used this once in the morning and once at night and found it to be too harsh on my face. It would leave my face feeling squeaky clean, meaning that all my natural oils protecting my skin were stripped away. I stopped using it after that and later found out that this cleanser also had high pH, so two huge dealbreakers for this cleanser :(
