So far so good.

Texture of the product is lightweight and easy to apply.
There was a scent but I couldn't really discern it since it was really light.

Test subjects: My mom (early 50s) and I.

Between the both of us, we've used up roughly 20-30%? of the entire tube within a couple of months - with us using it most nights.
I'd say it's definitely effective in which it's noticeably improved my mom's crowfeet and eyebags- them looking noticeably smoother and less prominent.
As for me, there wasn't much of a before (no crows feet/wrinkles) so a comparison can't be made, but the continued use helped hydrate our undereyes.
I've oily skin but I've been restricting use of this product to my eye and under-eye area so there wasn't any risk/effect of breakouts or irritation.

For what it's worth, it's affordable and does a pretty decent job (so far).
