My skin broke out like crazy from this
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

I have a combination skin with moderate acne issue.
Bought a complete routine from Kiehl's recommended to me by their cosmetologist. I am happy I did it - it was the moment when I realized that you can't trust your skin to anyone and you shall take time and make a proper study yourself. This cream broke me out immensely, I had cystic acne like I never ever had before. Once I stopped using it my skin condition improved dramatically. Now, looking at the ingredients list, I am shocked how could I even though about trying this one out.

A light formula that is not hydrating enough for very dry skin but suitable for combination/oily skin.

Having dry skin I found this product rather average, the small jar lasted three weeks because a lot was needed to hydrate my skin, this disappointed me because this is one of Kiehl's all time best selling products - it is also one of the "richer" creams that Kiehl's offers. This product does contain Glycerin as well as a few natural oils which did moisturize my skin when I used the cream, it did burn slightly around very dry areas such as the corners of my nose or over an open wound but my skin did feel quite hydrated throughout the day if I applied a thick layer of this in the morning.

Sadly I am not impressed enough to buy another jar.
