Great cleaner

Loosens all Malassezia plaques on my face and hairline leaving my skin very smooth, like it was before the Malassezia overgrowth! I lightly massage for a few minutes with my hands and then wipe off with a clean warm washcloth until not oily, then I wash with Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleaner. Sure hope it helps eliminate the overgrowth situation! Even afterwards, I think I will keep up the oil cleansing as if feels so good and leaves my skin looking great.

It's marketed for increasing ketones in the body, so it's food-grade. I used in a salad dressing, it's completely tasteless.
