Good item

My skin is dehydrated and I started introducing retinol, adding to this the winter dry season which worsened the situation. Cicaplast was a savior: less flakiness, less itchiness, less redness, less dehydration, less stretchiness. It didnt breakout my skin though my forehead and nose looked more oily due to combination type skin(regardless this case doesnt bother me in winter seasons). But I wish it didnt contain aluminum.

An essential for annoyed skin

A fairly new discovery for me but one that I will make sure to always have in stock for times of need.
Not a product I would use on a daily basis, but if my skin has dry spots, is irritated or just goes a bit doolally due to hormonal changes this is what I'll end my routine with. Great for anywhere on the body where the skin needs a little help healing or calming down, so it's a true multi-purpose product.

Calms Down Dry, Irritated Skin

This is a very thick, white cream that takes a while to rub into my skin (no patting here!) and also leaves a bit of a white cast. The zinc and other ingredients do a good job of calming redness and irritation. However, it applies poorly on damp skin, so I need to wait a while to apply after cleansing or applying any other products. I also find it's not really possible to apply another product on top, such as vaseline or an oil, because it will pill like crazy. I suspect it may break me out, but when my skin is angry, it's most important for me to treat the inflammation and irritation as my top priority.

Overall, I keep this cream on the backburner but reach for it any time I have a product reaction, dry patches, or other irritation.
