Atopic eczema prone skin

I suffer from periodic eczema it comes and goes ..my local pharmacists advised me to use this product . I can't say that it did the job for me ..sure it does sooth your eczema immediately and helps a lot with itching and scratching but unfortunately it won't heal it ..so I opted instead for a medicine containing  hydrocortisone (Efficort_creme lipophile) since I've read that cortisone can cause skin thining . I decided to use Lipikar at daytime and use the med at night, once I noticed that the eczema had gone I stopped using the cortisone but kept on applying lipikar to help prevent it from coming back .

Burned Sensation When Eczema Flared

This was recommended by my dermatologist but I'm sad to say that it wasn't the best for my skin. It is definitely more moisturizing than Aveeno but when it comes to helping with eczema it was mediocre and cause more pain than my eczema itself which I have on my arms, legs, hands, chin, and parts of my face. I bought so many bottle of it but it didn't really help make my skin heal sadly.

Amazing for eczema

I have battled with eczema since I am a little girl, especially in the middle of my arms. This product is nothing short but a miracle.

For mild breakouts, steroid creams once in a while were sufficient. I moved to a new country and my eczema just went mad, the more cream I used the worst it would get.

I found out about Lipikar Baume AP+ and decided to give it a go after I had calmed down the eczema with steroid creams (never put lotion on a wound, so treat with medication first). Let's just say, I have not used steroid creams since. This was three years ago.

I don't use it religiously, I put it on when I remember or when I feel the beginning of eczema. This product also exists as a little stick, which I carry around with me in case of emergency.

Great for dry, acne-prone skin

I love this lotion! It has helped me so much the past year of using it. It helps with my skin dryness, and it helps me fight breakouts while I use antibiotics and Tazorac creams. It really helps me put a barrier on my skin before using the harsh creams, and has keeps my skin hydrated all day. It works well under makeup, but I still use a primer because it can be slippery. It has a thick consistency and a weird smell, but it feels like butter on the skin. It takes a while for it to absorb, but provides a great moisture barrier! It is also non-comedogenic.
