very basic

I bought this eye cream as it promises to reduce under eye bags. Also it has a very natural ingredients, decent price and comes in 30ml tube. I have been using it day and night for nearly a month but I haven't noticed any improvement. Also this cream didn't give enough moisture to my dry and mature under eye area. I have used it mostly for all over my face and neck as it was to basic for my eyes. I guess it would be a nice choice for younger skin.
