Great coverage but not good for my skin

The coverage is great and it lasts a long time. I dont think this clogged my pores, however i think it contributed to my acne, because of all the irritating ingredients. Especially all the fragrance - this is very scented. I'd say be cautious if you have sensitive or acne prone skin, and want to try this. I would't use this again.

Gorgeous full coverage fungal acne safe foundation

For everyday usage, I was doing fine with my Bare Minerals Original Loose foundation. However, I wanted something more full coverage for date night and times when my acne was flaring up. After referencing the Simple Skin Care Science Products List, I went off to my local Sephora to test out my options.

I ended up getting a perfect skin tone match in the Lacome Teint Idole.

APPLICATION
I dab on with my finger tips and spread / smooth things out with my foundation brush. The foundation goes on well when my face is well hydrated and I've used a primer. I've noticed it plays well with a lighter weight moisturizer such as Hada Labo Gokujyun Lotion. I wouldn't recommend a heavier lotion such as Avene Tolerance unless you let it settled in for 15-30 minutes.

ROUTINE
I apply it after my moisturizer and makeup primer.

COVERAGE
Medium - Full. It really depends on how much you apply. I have played a tiny bit with building my coverage and it seems possible. But honestly, just one pump is totally enough to cover my face fully.

FUNGAL ACNE SAFE-NESS
After buying it, I literally applied it on my bare face and went about the rest of my day with it on. I know, very risky. But it didn't break me out at all. And I've been using it about once a week for 3 months, and I haven't noticed any reaction. So, in my opinion, it's very fungal acne friendly.

TL;DR

If you have fungal acne and want a liquid foundation with a huge range of skin tone options, I'd definitely recommend Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear. It is pricey, but it's totally worth it. I have had no issues with my fungal acne reacting to it and it does a great job as a foundation!
