Giving tiny Bumps

I have used a similar product from Maybelline, Fit Me Luminous + Smooth Foundation. At first I really did like the foundation, it was light weight, medium coverage and gave me a healthy dewy look. I started to notice a little red bumps on my forehead and cheeks, looking like fungal acne. I changed to a L'Oreal Foundation and my skin started to get back to normal. One day I picked up the Maybelline foundation and used it for the day. However when I took off my makeup I had those bumps again all over my face and I was terrified. The Maybelline Foundation doesn't suit my skin whatsoever.
