Fungal acne

I have very dry skin, but my T zone is bit oily with a lot of pores, so I was using it only on oilier parts of my skin. Firstly my skin felt kinda great after using this moisturizer. Even though I didnt like the smell I liked how my skin looked like after. However, after using it for one month I have started to see more and more fungal acne on my forehead. I stopped using the moisturizer and my forehead eventually came back to normal state. I do not hate this product, but I dont think it is suitable for everyone.
