I use it as a daily moisturizer as well as a sleeping mask by laying it thick. It absorbs well, doesn't leave the skin sticky when used as a moisturizer. My skin is combination oily, now it has dryness due to topical retinoid for acne. Currently, I have post cystic/hormonal acne hyperpigmentation, so I use it on top of many serums, vitamin c, niacinamide..you name it. It's formula doesn't have actives, and this is what I am looking for. It has cintella in it, which my skin likes. Spf sits well on top of it, makeup as well. I tried using it as occlusive cream with my retinoid but it stings for a while, although no redness or irritation occured. I suppose that's because I have a compromised barrier from epiduo I still use; plus I am on doxy. In the morning, I wake up with calmer and brighter skin, but a bit dry. And that's why it's not recommended to mix hyaluronate containing formula with retinoids. Lesson learned.
Overall, I will continue to use it as a daily moisturizer. For the price and benefit, I recommend it.

la compre por los buenos comentarios que tenia. Me dio mucho ardor y mi piel se puso roja. creo que es por el ingrediente triethanolamine. no la recomiendo para pieles sensibles :c aparte tiene un lijero perfume. cuando la puse en mi piel se absorbió muy rápido y me dio una extraña sensación

I have super oily skin and I tend to stay far away from moisturizers with thick consistency. This gel cream has the perfect consistency that my skin likes. But creamy sunscreens don't bode well with this moisturizer as it just sits on top

Pros:
- Lightweight
- Suitable for Oily to super oily skin

Cons:
- Takes a lot of time to absorb
- Creamy sunscreens separate if applied on top of this cream
- Not moisturizing enough for normal to dry skin types

I really wanted to like this.

The price was beautifully cheap.

It's goals for skin seemed wonderful.

The feel of it felt nice.

But no.

It gave me two giant pimples. I have no idea why. I only see two possible ingredients but in general, oils do not break my skin out.

It is very strange.

I passed it along to my mom who is acne prone BUT has dry, dehydrated skin (compared to my oily dehydrated skin).

It broke her out as well!

I wouldn't say buyer beware - I say try it for the price point. My experience seems to be an outlier compared to others.

If anything. my experience is just a reminder that even though a product it touted by 99% of people to be amazing, there is that 1% chance it won't be for you.

So patch test and pray.
